The location was great! really nice view. The pool and water park was good and we really enjoyed. The staff were lovely and nice programs every night. The room was comfortable, the air conditioner was great. Beds were comfortable, and wifi was good compared to other hotels I have been into. The bar in the lobby was good and really nice drinks. The food was OK and snacks at the pool bar was also fine! overall, a good place for a family trip and getting away from busy life!

Loved the Royal part of the hotel. We upgraded to one of their rooms with a private pool and it was amazing. Made the holiday. The reception stafff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Really liked them. The waiting staff worked so hard! Never seemed to get a day off and they all worked breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lovely clean rooms every 2nd day which I thought was fair enough as they don’t have to be done daily.

What a stunning hotel, a lot of stars all the way, from the view to the food, the staff, I mean everything is perfect at this place. Best in the area in my opinion. Tremendously speedy and nice staff, amazing rooms, and the most spectacular views we’ve ever seen. Staff also provided great local dining options. All in all it was a great at everything.

To say it was fabbergastingly beautiful beyond imagination would be one hell of an understatement. Suite was amazing and spotless. The view, the food at Hermes restaurant, the overall style and the atmosphere were so good!

This is the most magnificent hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is wonderful, the location is excellent, and the views are incredible. We were impressed with how great the service was. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and plan to stay here should I come back to Rethymno town.

Room was modern and with nice furniture. Good and fair rates of the summer days. This was the best hotel experience of my life. I’ve traveled extensively all over the world and this hotel was hands down the best.
